Commercial

drone cleaning

Drone cleaning is a proven method used to take care of the exterior cleaning of multi-story commercial buildings for hotel groups, condo associations, apartments, multi family properties, office parks, mid rises, and medical buildings up to 200 feet in height or about 20 stories.

This technology is here to stay and push the industry forward towards safer work environments where technology does the heavy lifting for us while keeping our team safe on the ground. Most modern drones are equipped with various safety systems, cameras, sensors, and intuitive software to ensure safe flying practices while our team is on site on your property.

Most of all our teams enjoy working on the difficult and hard to reach buildings by providing unparalleled results with a memorable experience!

Our approach is simple with the words,

“Safety, Efficiency, and Affordability”

as we pioneer the soft washing and pressure washing industry.

Cleaning organics such as mold, mildew, and algae can sometimes be an arduous task given the property which is why we offer traditional cleaning chemicals as well as biomass cleaning agents that are more environmentally friendly.

We take multiple safety precautions on each job such as blocking off large pedestrian & vehicle traffic areas with cones, safety tape, and entranceways all while communicating with the tenants.

Special attention is given to your landscaping as well by keeping plants, grass, and trees wet and covered as necessary to mitigate any chemical overspray in these areas.

Understanding that each property is important so we carefully plan each job around weather, timeframes, and any deadlines to keep your site operating 100% while the job is underway.

Our team is committed to providing the highest quality experience whether your property receives a one time visit or multiple visits per year we will always treat your property right. If for any reason the results were not satisfactory we are always happy to come back for touch ups and to help explain anything that may have been unexpected.

Frequently

Asked Questions

Yes and no answer. Yes, given the proper circumstances we can spray the windows on balconies but can not ensure a 100% top to bottom cleaning process as we can only get so close to the balconies with the drone. No, we can not properly clean the inside walls/ceiling/railings with the drone either as the chemical would create a large mess and create inconsistent results as we spray.

Safety is the utmost priority within our company and we strive to provide a safe work site by working with your team to communicate with your tenants and staff members on the day(s) that we are working on your property to keep them informed on what is happening and to expect. For example, we ask that all tenants remove any personal items from any decks/balconies prior to the cleaning process to guarantee no damage will be done to their belongings. We create barriers by using large signs, caution tape, and cones along with our team members to properly guide people and vehicles around our jobsite.

Our team sizes can vary anywhere from 2 people with 1 rig to multiple crews and rigs depending on the size of the project, timeframe of work, and scope of work to be completed. We can bring more crews to accommodate smaller time windows and to ensure that we can complete the project on time or over the course of a weekend.

Yes, we can offer flexible maintenance packages to keep windows, concrete, and facades clean of organic stains at a reduced cost which can be done semi-annually or once annually. We also offer training and chemical distribution to your on site maintenance staff for smaller ongoing cleaning projects your property may have.

Our affiliate network is here to serve on a large scale basis across the country, our affiliates are owner operated, undergo a vetting process, have all of the proper commercial cleaning equipment, meet our standards for procedures, and carry the proper insurance requirements per our subcontractor requirements. Our company can manage your portfolio and ensure that properties in different states will receive the consistent results each time.

JEFF Robison

Jeff is a successful entrepreneur who is the CEO of Sun Brite Services, Inc. based out of Lawrenceville, GA. Sun Brite was founded in 1992 and is a commercial pressure washing company that completes jobs throughout the southeast. What started with very humble beginnings has grown into a multi million dollar organization that services government, medical, and privately held properties. With a focus on delivering the best quality possible job, efficiency and always doing the right thing for the customer Sun Brite consistently continues to grow. Jeff is a master at marketing and leveraging relationships that benefit both parties. Sun Brite has procured several national contracts with large companies to handle pressure washing projects.

Always looking for ways to become more efficient, Jeff was introduced to the drone cleaning world at a demonstration presented by the other founder Chris Creekmur. Quickly realizing the use of drones in the pressure washing industry could be a great opportunity, Jeff partnered with Chris on several large projects. After many conversations, Jeff and Chris realized there are many companies in a situation where even though they may want to enter the drone cleaning industry or have even purchased a drone but need further training and support. USA Drone Clean was formed to offer support, training and education to these companies.

Outside of work Jeff has been married for over 25 years, is a father of 3, and a grandfather of 2. In his spare time he likes to work out and has been a national powerlifting champion several times.

Chris Creekmur

Growing up in a family of business owners and entrepreneurs allowed Chris to learn valuable lessons and values about how to properly run a business and ultimately wanted to do it for himself one day. After growing up in restaurants and pursuing a career in the hospitality industry for about 12 years it was time for a change and Chris decided to start working in digital marketing sales and various other small companies before launching his drone business in 2021. Shortly after launching his drone business he discovered Lucid Drone Technologies and sent an inquiry without having any knowledge of the soft washing business and decided to take this massive leap of faith into the unknown.

Quickly realizing the learning curve of soft washing, pressure washing, operations, labor, marketing, and everything in between had to quickly connect with like minded business owners in the industry soon. Chris decided to hold a live demonstration day at a local pressure washing store, Georgia Chemical and that is where fate led Jeff and Chris to meet and the rest became history as the two companies began working together on large scale projects across the Southeast. Jeff and his team bought a drone to complete small scale projects but still insisted on Chris being at the large projects to ensure success and efficiency. Overall our experiences have been positive and left a lasting impression with our newfound clients.

Outside of flying drones, Chris enjoys taking the time to find new local restaurants and travel as often as possible to new destinations and can cook a mean steak!
