We specialize in cleaning: colleges, universities, hospitals, government facilities, natural gas tanks, food processing facilities, industrial warehouses, storage facilities, and various supporting structures
We understand that industrial sites can be hazardous, provide little access points for lifts, and can be tough to clean. By utilizing our various spraying drones we are able to overcome these obstacles by providing an affordable, safer, more reliable, faster, and lower liability solution to industrial sites by ensuring your site remains operational throughout the cleaning process.
Our technicians understand job sites can be hazardous which is why our team is equipped with the proper PPE per jobsite.
Our approach is simple with the words,
Given that most structures on your site are painted or have a protective coating allows us to clean these areas with our low pressure soft washing without any damage being done to the coating or painted surface. We have biomass cleaning options available to replace our normal chemical cleaning process. These cleaning agents take longer to clean but are more ecologically friendly.
Traditional cleaning methods are often paired for a dynamic boost to jobsite performance, efficiency, and overall best results. Our drones are great for many jobs, however, man lifts are still in use by our team and technicians as required per job. The best way to gather quotes for these sites is to give us a call directly so we can better understand your job site and situation.
We understand that industrial sites can pose safety concerns while our team is there performing the work which is why we take all necessary procedures which are directed by your company. The drone is an excellent tool that we utilize for the majority of our projects and can clean most stains from surfaces, however, with the exception of certain surfaces which may require more pressure than our drones can handle, we can safely and proficiently operate lifts for areas that the drone may not be suited for.
We are required to follow all FAA regulations and guidelines while operating our aircraft which means we can only fly to 200 feet in AGL (Above Ground Limit) from where we takeoff from.
Typically no, unless there are high RF (Radio Frequency) signals in the area that we are working in. We want to give our clients the satisfaction of knowing that we are operating at the safest possible levels and to ensure that your site does not experience any downtime or even realize we are there.
Depending on the scope of work, access points, days on site, operating timeframes, size of crew required, mobilization, travel costs, and accommodations that may be required for the duration of the project, considering we travel to various states these costs are built into the overall price per the project. We can plan to phase out various parts of your facility as well into different mobilizations.
Depending on how long the job will take and the location of your site will determine the plan we lay out between our mobilization, arrival on site for any safety
briefings/videos/forms to sign, locating water sources, electrical outlets, restrooms, areas that we can keep our rigs/truck in while off site, and developing a concise plan with your team on the area we will start working in to the areas that we plan on finishing in.
We want to take the time to point out anything that can be a challenge on your site before commencing any work so that there is a fine understanding of expectations throughout the project. Communication is crucial as well in case poor weather conditions impede our progress, equipment malfunctions, or other unforeseen occurrences take place. We want to ensure that we communicate these items in a concise and timely manner.
Most of the time we are cleaning organic stains from various surfaces on your site and we can provide the proper SDS (Safety Data Sheets) to gain approval from your team prior to arrival. We also have the ability to order chemicals directly to your site from our distributors and can keep chemicals stored in a safe area until we arrive and can transfer into our tanks.
Most of all our teams enjoy working on the difficult and hard to reach buildings by providing
unparalleled results with a memorable experience!
Jeff is a successful entrepreneur who is the CEO of Sun Brite Services, Inc. based out of Lawrenceville, GA. Sun Brite was founded in 1992 and is a commercial pressure washing company that completes jobs throughout the southeast. What started with very humble beginnings has grown into a multi million dollar organization that services government, medical, and privately held properties. With a focus on delivering the best quality possible job, efficiency and always doing the right thing for the customer Sun Brite consistently continues to grow. Jeff is a master at marketing and leveraging relationships that benefit both parties. Sun Brite has procured several national contracts with large companies to handle pressure washing projects.
Always looking for ways to become more efficient, Jeff was introduced to the drone cleaning world at a demonstration presented by the other founder Chris Creekmur. Quickly realizing the use of drones in the pressure washing industry could be a great opportunity, Jeff partnered with Chris on several large projects. After many conversations, Jeff and Chris realized there are many companies in a situation where even though they may want to enter the drone cleaning industry or have even purchased a drone but need further training and support. USA Drone Clean was formed to offer support, training and education to these companies.
Outside of work Jeff has been married for over 25 years, is a father of 3, and a grandfather of 2. In his spare time he likes to work out and has been a national powerlifting champion several times.
Growing up in a family of business owners and entrepreneurs allowed Chris to learn valuable lessons and values about how to properly run a business and ultimately wanted to do it for himself one day. After growing up in restaurants and pursuing a career in the hospitality industry for about 12 years it was time for a change and Chris decided to start working in digital marketing sales and various other small companies before launching his drone business in 2021. Shortly after launching his drone business he discovered Lucid Drone Technologies and sent an inquiry without having any knowledge of the soft washing business and decided to take this massive leap of faith into the unknown.
Quickly realizing the learning curve of soft washing, pressure washing, operations, labor, marketing, and everything in between had to quickly connect with like minded business owners in the industry soon. Chris decided to hold a live demonstration day at a local pressure washing store, Georgia Chemical and that is where fate led Jeff and Chris to meet and the rest became history as the two companies began working together on large scale projects across the Southeast. Jeff and his team bought a drone to complete small scale projects but still insisted on Chris being at the large projects to ensure success and efficiency. Overall our experiences have been positive and left a lasting impression with our newfound clients.
Outside of flying drones, Chris enjoys taking the time to find new local restaurants and travel as often as possible to new destinations and can cook a mean steak!
